We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, significantly not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose.

Big Antler specialises in vintage, antique, and pre-loved items. Natural signs of age, wear, or gentle imperfections are considered part of the character of these pieces and are not considered faults when clearly described.
